Clayton Dancing:)
Ha, you know how when you really want a kid on film doing the cutest things?? && you never get it because when you whip out the camera they become more interested in it instead of the dancing and whatnot?
Well my friends, I finally got it. To the Jonas Brothers to be exact, my nephew, dancing:)

PoisonOak
If you haven't heard, I have poisonoak all over my face these days. && every morning that I wake up it has spread:( Which really sucks, because camp is Sunday!!
I went to the doctor yesterday though, and got some Prednizone (sp?). It's been working for Tyler, so I hope it works for me. The possible side effects made me slightly worried. Because if they are going to happen to anyone it's more than likely going to be me. Murphy's Law.
You may be wondering how I got it from Tyler? Well (no Chad we weren't "necking" behind the church). I didn't even touch him. I don't know what happened. Really. Tyler's doctor told him that it can't be transfered from one person to another, I beg to differ my friend. I didn't have it till Sunday & who was I around Sunday?? I do believe it was Tyler.
My doctor (well not my normal doctor, she's out of town, but the doctor I went to see) said that it's always a debate. It's never been actually proven. But he thinks that it can be if a person has been scratching and then touches someone else.
Either way, I have it & I haven't been around it, and I want rid of it!!
That's my PO update:)

It's been a while, huh?
Sorry for the delay.
I've been using LiveJournal, which I really like.
I like this blog too, it just seems I can express more on LiveJournal.
No big deal.
I'll be back here soon.
I just don't have anything huge to blog about right now.
Hope all is well.
Camp is next week:)
Way excited!!!
Today started off rough & blahhh
BUT it ended so wonderfully:)

Wordless Wednesday? Close but no cookie!
I have always wanted to do this, but then got busy and didn't. I have no good excuses.
So I finally memorized a verse for the 15th:)
"He giveth power to the faint & to them with no might he increaseth strength"
-Isaiah 40:29
A few weeks ago I was going through a hard time & I found this in that time. Isn't it amazing how God works like that? Gives you just what you need right when you need it.
I was going to do a wordless Wednesday today & that was going to be my picture but I had that verse.

Ventatious
Camp is in two weeks & I'm super duper excited. I love camp. Everything about it. Minus the humidity & bugs:) I like it. You can go out of cellphone signal and into the woods and it's just God around you. It's amazing.
This year however, I do believe there will be a weelittleteensy bit of drama. I mean I can deal. Because it's not mine. But I want it to stop when it starts because we aren't at camp for girlfriends and boyfriends. Do people not get that?!?! I stopped some last year. These kids were younger than me by a few years and my friend came up to me crying about this boy and her friend blah blah blahhh and I got the girls together (in her group) and I sat them down and I was like "Y'all you really need to stop this rumor this rumor that. It's not what camp is about. We came up here to get away from stuff like that. I don't care what boys you like here, call them when you get home. Camp is about getting closer to God and learning all you can about Him." I was just tired of it. They respected me for it and as far as I know the drama stopped and I actually got to lead one of the girls to the Lord that week. ( I was so nervous when I did that because me and her didn't really get along that good ).
This year, I honestly will not put up with it. I refuse. This isn't a weekend get away with your boyfriend. It's camp. About JESUS & GOD!! Come on people!! Get with it.
Of course if any starts and my patience totally runs out (I have a pretty long fuse) I will say my peace.
Nicely of course:)

Diane Carswell
Recently a woman in our church, Jo Gouge, died. It was around Tuesday I believe. It was after years of declining health. & today @ the funeral her daughter just broke my heart. & made me think about "what if my mom died?". I would be devistated & I'm not sure how I would live. I know we get in fights and whatnot (what teenage girl and her mother don't?) however, I know that if I can't count on anyone else in the world, I can count on her. She will be my mom & my best friend above all others. I'm sure I'll realize this more once I move out and we can get even closer but since that is years and years from now I must try to make it work now.

Yesterdayy
I love summertime and anything it involves. I love nothing more than to hang out with my friends:)
Yesterday was a random Thursday & me and my best friend Taylor decided to go eat Mexican Food & then find out what else we could do. So afterwards we went to the college to figure out her classes for the Nursing Program then we tried to think of something to do. We called The Jaynes Gang to see if they were home then grabbed our bathingsuits and headed up to Laurel Dr.
It was a good 30 minutes. So we listened to music and talked and laughed and did a lot of catching up that we needed because she has to work all the time. We jumped in the pool once we got there & snagged a few pics. Here are some of them:) Enjoy.

July 4, 2009:)
Hi my blogosphere:) I am alive. I am here! Just thought I would drop in & say that. I would have told you where I was going but I couldn't get the video uploaded in time before I left. Sorry, about that.
SO .. about the fourth.
On the fourth 13 years ago to that day my Pawpaw died. (Dad's dad). Just thought I would share that with you because it's important. I was 5 and the last memory I have of him is kissing him on the cheek:) The most precious memory that I could have.
I spent my fourth in Robbinsville, North Carolina. If you looked them up on google you would be saying "why in the world would you go there?" and I must say I loved it. I got to spend fourth with my Dad & brothers & plenty of other people that I love so dearly (I'll get pictures up tomorrow!). It was way fun & my SIL, Nikki, & nephew, Clayton, surprised my brother, Chad, by showing up for the "parade". Brother Daniel's wife, Joy, said normally the parade is amazing up there and packed out but there just wasn't really one this year, that everyone canceled. So the parade was just the wagon train. Still yet cool. Clayton had his first horse ride with his daddy!! Way adorable and awesome.
As you may be thinking why I would go there (other than the fact that I miss my dad & brothers).. I must say Daniel took us up to one of his friends houses, who has an amazing view, and let us watch the fireworks. I videoed them but it will never do them justice. (I'll try to upload the video later). It is the most amazing fireworks I have ever seen in my life. I have seen them over Lake James (which is beautiful) and over the ocean @ Oak Island (which is still pretty). But there was nothing like sitting on top of that mountain (literally I was on the grass) & watching them. I want to go back next year and watch the fireworks from there. It was BEAUTIFUL! && the echo was the best part. It sounded throughout the mountains all around you and it was just like and echo circle. The video doesn't let you hear it but it was amazing. You go outside and look up and it's mountians. Daniel's pasture is part of a mountain. It's just AWESOME!
I have decided that if I can get off work next year, I'm going on that wagon train...
@ Daniel's church this morning (Cedar Cliff Baptist Church) they had an awesome Independence Day service. && this women sung this song (with help from the choir which = AMAZING! I honestly looked at this woman in the choir and I knew she could sing! But this song is amazing (to me) for the fourth. It's truth. and we had service when she got to the second verse ;)
Read it all the way through before you say "this is boring".
Statue of Liberty
In New York Harbor stands a lady
With a torch raised to the sky;
And all who see her know she stands for
Liberty for you and me.
I’m so proud to be an American,
To be named with the brave and the free.
I will honor the flag and our trust in God,
And the Statue of Liberty.
On lonely Golgotha stood a cross,
With my Lord raised to the sky;
And all who kneel there live forever,
As all the saved can testify.
I’m so glad to be called a Christian,
To be named with the ransomed and whole.
As the Statue liberates the citizen,
So the Cross liberates the soul.
Oh, the Cross is my Statue of Liberty,
It was there that my soul was set free.
Unashamed I’ll proclaim that a rugged cross
Is my Statue of Liberty.
How awesome and true is that?

Oh my goodness it's Wednesday!
I just realized that it was Wednesday & I have tons to do.
-shower
-washing and drying clothes so I have something to wear
-feeding up the animals
Well I got most of it done. Wednesdays feel like such short days because we have church at night. I fed up the animals. I had to carry the water house all the way across the yard because the waterhose broke up at the pump house to water the donkeys (because of my brother Chad we have more mouths to feed & Jamie has an extra chore :) thanks Brother). This waterhose ordeal wouldn't have happened if our pump house waterhose wouldn't have broke. Yesterday I had to carry the water to them in a five gallon bucket (so fun).
Okay you don't care about this.. haha sorry.
You know what? The whole time my brothers beautiful loud truck was sitting in our driveway and Mom thought it didn't have collision. She misunderstood and it has 0 something. To where you don't have to pay if it gets hurt. "/ I could've been driving it all this time!! But it's okay. My awesome SIL, Nikki, took the temptation from me today. So I got the Neon:) That works. I have memories with that car, haha that's what I drove to get my license.
So how is everyone's day?
Brother Tom Shuford is preaching at our church tonight since Dad is out of town this week. I told him to call Tanner Mondee (spelt that wrong) hahaha.. But he didn't. LOL
Okay I'm done embarrassing myself. See ya!
